Many years of passion, wide-ranging experience and the willingness to take on new challenges all resulted in the opening of the SZUBA Studio, which specialises in interior and building design.

Comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience

Michał Szuba – an architect and graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Poznań University of Technology – decided to start his business under his own label in 2021. Prior to that, he worked in an architecture studio for five years and, for a further three, in an interior design studio. Today the experience gained in this way enables him to run a full-service business. SZUBA Studio, which he set up, offers both interior and whole-building design.

What makes SZUBA Studio’s projects stand out from the crowd?

Among the people who have shaped his approach to design, Michał Szuba mentions the world-renowned architect Tadao Ando, whose work he had the chance to learn about during his apprenticeship at the technical secondary school of construction. His interaction with sacred and palace architecture also provided him with plenty of inspiration during his teenage years. He skilfully draws on his acquired knowledge today, which he has complemented with comprehensive practical experience.

What characterises the projects created under the umbrella of SZUBA Studio is sophisticated minimalism. Regardless of the size and theme of the realisation, the studio’s founder relies on a thorough understanding of the investors’ needs and expectations. All in order to develop a harmonious combination of functionality and visual aspects.
