A minimalist form in harmony with its surroundings, timeless materials and attention to detail – these are the principles that guide the practice of architect Konrad Idaszewski, founder of the Poznań-based architectural STUDIO KONDE, which has been carrying out bespoke projects for houses, multi-family housing and commercial buildings throughout Poland for over 20 years.

The studio’s many years of experience in residential and commercial construction

STUDIO KONDE is an architectural practice based in Poznań, founded in 2004 by Konrad Idaszewski, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Poznań University of Technology. Even whilst still a student, he gained valuable experience, including at the studio of Prof. Arch. Sławomir Rolski, and later at the Irish design firm HKR Architects and through collaboration with the Poznań-based design studio Studio ADS.

Today, the practice operates as a team of qualified architects with full design qualifications. He works with specialists in the fields of structural engineering, plumbing and mechanical ventilation, and electrical installations. All this is to ensure we offer the highest quality design services, not only for houses and mansions, but also for multi-family housing complexes and commercial buildings.

An award-winning architectural studio from Poznań

STUDIO KONDE is a design studio with over 20 years’ experience and a track record of numerous successes, including an award for the design of the ‘Świt’ [‘Dawn’] market in Poznań (created in collaboration with architect Marcin Lewandowicz). The founder of STUDIO KONDE has also won the Mister of Construction of Southern Greater Poland award on several occasions for his designs of multi-family residential estates.
